The Lofts is a commercial and residential re-use of the historic Richter Brewery building developed by Matt and Beth Sviland of Escanaba. The multistory brick structure was transformed into 15 loft style apartments and three commercial units. The century old building’s exterior was restored to its original design preserving an integral piece of downtown Escanaba’s history.
