The Marquette Place development is part of a the Founders Landing Redevelopment in downtown Marquette, Michigan. The waterfront redevelopment includes the recently completed 68 high-end unit apartment building One Marquette. The remaining phases of the project will add offices, additional luxury condominiums and street front commercial space. This massive redevelopment sits on the former site of a rail yard and tank farm once used to supply the United States iron ore.
