One Marquette is a 68 unit upscale apartment building in down town Marquette Michigan located on Founders Landing. This project built on Lake Superior directly next to the retired historic LS&I Ore dock. The context of the site created some incredible parameters in which this design was formed. One Marquette’s site was also a brownfield redevelopment.
